Fuel Theft Prevention for Municipal Fleets

Fuel loss across a municipal fleet rarely shows up as one dramatic incident. It shows up as a fuel budget that never reconciles and rigs that come up short at the worst possible time.

Why It Happens

Losses are spread thin and hard to prove

A few gallons per vehicle per month across dozens of rigs is invisible in any single fuel log and significant across a fiscal year.

Yards and station lots are not secure

Fenced does not mean supervised. Most municipal parking is accessible overnight with no camera coverage of vehicle flanks.

Mixed fleets defeat one-off fixes

Ford cutaways, Ford and Ram chassis cabs and stripped chassis all sit in the same yard. A fix that only covers one platform does not solve the problem.

What You Get

  • Verified fitment across the Ford E-350, E-450, Super Duty chassis cab, F-550, F-600, F-53 and Ram 5500 platforms
  • Keyed-alike programs so one key serves the entire fleet
  • Volume pricing for multi-vehicle orders
  • Security screw packs to prevent the door being unbolted
  • Purchase order and quote support for agency procurement

Common Questions

Can you quote against a purchase order?

Yes. Request a fleet quote with your vehicle list and we will return part numbers and quantities you can attach to a PO.

What if part of our fleet has no verified fitment?

We will tell you which platforms are covered and which need measurements first. We do not quote part numbers for chassis we have not confirmed.

Do you support phased rollouts?

Yes — many agencies start with the rigs that stage unattended most often and expand from there.
